The Oakland Center for the Arts is a nonprofit organization and relies on fundraising as a part of our mission to keep the Oakland alive and well.
The average cost of putting a production on is $10K-$12K per show.
We have many people, businesses, and other nonprofits recognize the importance of what we do within the community and for the youths of the Mahoning Valley, Youngstown, and surrounding cities. Some of them have contributed generously to our cause. Without the sponsorship of our organization, we will not be able to bring great quality theater to the area and give youths a chance to bring new life skills and confidence in their daily lives.

2nd Annual Oakland Acorn Projects David J.El' Hatton Scholarship Spaghetti Dinner.
Dinner Includes salad, rolls and butter, spaghetti with homemade sauce, homemade meatball, coffee or Iced tea, and dessert table. Soda and bottled water available at an additional cost.
There will be live entertainment throughout the day, provided by Kids First. Last year we were able to provide a $1500.00 Scholarship to graduating senior from our program Alex Sanders to YSU.
Prices $10 Adults, $7 kids, and/or upgrade to our homemade Chicken Parmesan for an additional $5.00.
We will also be holding a 50/50 and basket raffle.
